Debbie has the rare combination of acting as a clear and concise guide, from a search for the “perfect condo” with minimal noise, to our small home in Brewster. She taught us to understand that every condo, everywhere, would have a noise factor of landscaping.
We needed to let go of our dream condo to arrive at a neighborhood of single family homes, where the noise factor would be minimal, mowing one home at a time .
She led us through the first bid on the sale of our condo, to a search of numerous condos to our last stop in a small house in the quietness of neighborhoods.
Debbie kept the balance of that trip with our emotional desires always in mind. Each step toward our new home was demonstrated with each property she showed us. She supported and guided us through each step of the process.
Our budget was small. Debbie had this in mind when she brought us through a bidding war of seven.
At the end, our need for a quiet and affordable home was met.

We enjoyed working with Debbie DeMelis. She understood what we were looking for and found us properties which closely met our search criteria. She was also willing and able to meet with us with short notice when we needed to see places we had seen before, or had unplanned time to continue looking.
Debbie uses a wonderful photographer that made the townhouse look beautiful. If Debbie did not know an answer to a question she would get back to you with the answer. I believe she sold the townhouse the hardest part of the year which was winter.
